GB Pixel Art Jam 2025 - Crime and Punishment

My Submission for the GB Pixel Art Jam 2025,

I've been playing earthbound for the first time and watching heaps of law and order so the theme of balance led me to an isometric cops and robbers type deal. Crime and punishment, scales of justice and all that. 

Unfortunately had to cut out a few naughty boys to stay in the tile limit but its bang on 192.
